Ile d'Oleron, house for rent in Saint-Georges d'Oleron picturesque village (190m2 about 2000 square feet), the most beautiful village of the Oleron's island, close to bakery, grocery and market, two kilometers (a little more than one mile) from the Plaisance Sandy Beach and three kilometers (about 2 miles) from the Wild Coast (surf and windsurf and kite).
The house is 2.5 km (1.5 mile) from the village of Saint-Pierre, the capital of the island where there is two supermarkets (Leclerc and Carrefour Market).
Behind the house the garden of 600m2 (6500 square feet) is fully enclosed and can easily park three cars.

This old house with all modern comforts can accommodate up to ten people (five bedrooms, with two beds each) and three bathrooms. Three toilets, including two separate, ensure comfort for all. The living room is over 45 m2 (485 square feet). In the dining area a large table allows ten people to be comfortable. In the living part there is a flat screen TV.

The house is close to the sea on both sides of the Ile d'Oléron, cycling and the Forest of Saumonard. Also being located in the center of the village, the house is near shopping and restaurants
